Anderson called first to let us know the tech was on his way. The tech arrived at the latest time frame given...but he was not late. He introduced himself, listened to my problem, investigated a couple of things that could be causing a problem and gave us a quote. He quoted us on 2 different repairs and we chose to have one done on the day he was here, and wait to get other quotes for the second recommended repair.
We had had this shower service work done 3 years ago by Anderson and expected the price to be comparable. The quote we were given was double the price. Since we needed to have the work done we paid for it. I went to Home Depot and Lowes to get quotes on the old part that was left behind by the tech. The part cost $25, leaving 45 minutes of labor to cost us over $400. I called Anderson and spoke with a manager regarding the pricing and he was very nice and acommodating and agreed to reduce our cost to the amount we paid 3 years prior. We will continue to use Anderson, but watch our pricing. They did a good job and were very professional.
