Review content:
The lethargic check in and check out procedures at this rental agency put its customers at risk. I rented a car in Montgomery in Nov 14. I was very careful to check the car for damages and even went the extra mile to go back into the agency and note a small damaged area on the car. The desk clerk barely noted it. I brought the car back on time with no additional damage. No one met me, check me in or bothered to check the car with me there. A month later Enterprise tried to accuse me of returning the car damaged. They had no grounds to hold me liable and subsequently dropped the claim but the fact that they would try to charge me for damage I did not do is enough to make me not want to do business with this car rental agency again. Poor attention to detail and QC led to these employees trying to throw me, the customer under the bus. Will not do business with them again and would warn others to watch and document anything you do with them.
