I didn't use this company, but I really wish I would have. My son has utilized them in the past and currently has a bunch of his stuff in their storage. He has only good things to say about this company. I received estimates from more than 1 company when I was in need of moving services, and one was a little lower than Superior so I went with them instead. The woman in Superior's office had tried to inform me that her price was guaranteed, no hidden fees in the end, and that some other companies would reel me in with a lower rate, then tack on an extra fee here and there. I really wish I would have listened. The other company (to remain nameless as I'm currently disputing the extra charges with my credit card company) charged me WAY more than they had quoted. Extra money for moving blankets, extra money for wrapping up my furniture....you name it, they charged for it. I hope this review helps persuade anyone out there to use Superior Moving....because like myself, you'll regret it if you dont.
