I recently moved to the Cleveland area with my 12 year old Westie and began seeing Dr. Hechko for a routine teeth cleaning.....He is incredibly professional and called me personally to tell he how my buddy did, since I was very concerned. \r
I very recently lost my friend and not only did the office allow me to come in without an appointment, Dr. Hechko made time for me to make the most difficult decision of my life late into the evening hours. He and his staff was incredibly sympathetic to my family and I am forever grateful. They also sent us flowers and a paw print of my dog the next day. In 12 years of Riley's life and many different vets due to moving, Dr. Hechko was by far the best!\r
