My sewer-line backed up on Saturday morning and again on Sunday afternoon and Chris was on the job in less than an hour. He took his time and was very thorough and did not leave until the line was as clean as possible. He recommended I run a camera to determine the ""root"" cause and we indeed saw what was causing the back up. He determined what repairs were needed and pinpointed the exact locations for the repairs. He explained everything in great detail and provided an estimate for the repairs, which I intend to do after the holidays. \r

I was very satisfied with Chris and Roto-Rooter and appreciate that he came out late on a Sunday evening at no additional cost. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to friends and family.\r
