Only women behind service counter, one named Chellee/Michelle and Coy, service manager redeemed the day. A 90 min repair on wheel bearings at less than 30 k miles shows shoddy work and materials. Could accept if not waited 90 min then had to remind about my car before it was even seen. Also 10 min promise for loaner. Reminder an hour later. More excuses. After second 90 min, Coy learned of trouble through girls and gave instant problem solving. Girls finished paperwork with summary and explanations so I could leave another 90 min after time car completion was promised.
