I gave them one star because it won't let me give them zero. They do not keep food in stock (they waited 2 months before ordering more rabbit food that was out of stock and claimed that it was because they didn't want it to get buggy...how can it get buggy if there is none?). Many of the pets they sell are unhealthy. I bought fish from them that died that night, and went back the next day and all the fish were "under observation." I also know someone who bought a bird that died the next day, and when they went back to Petco the employee said that several of their birds had also died that night. They also are never available to help customers. I wanted to get a pet carrier from the top shelf and spent over an hour and a half waiting for an employee to help me. Finally I left the store and bought one at Walmart. When I wrote a letter to their corporate office about the problems I have had, they just sent my letter to Oshkosh, and the problems did not get fixed. I now travel to Appleton o
