TERRIBLE. I went for a simple root cover-up and they dyed my hair BRIGHT ORANGE. Naturally I got upset and then they had the audacity to be rude to me. Completely incompetent and absolutely ridiculously awful. They have no idea how to work with the color product line they were using and after they ruined my hair the hairstylist next to me starting talking about how rude I was being by getting upset with my bright ORANGE hair! Unbelievable!
