1. randall does not stick to his word. he says he'll call you at a certain time and day… he doesn't. I had to call just before they closed to figure out if I'm getting my car back. I live in Fairfield.. i need time to figure out how i'm going to get back home.
2. they sprayed a silicone lubricant along the rubber seals around my doors to "remove" sounds coming from that area… they made it worse. plus, i was reading my manual a week later and found that you're not supposed to spray lubricants etc. on the rubber seals!
