I was very pleased with the service provided by the operator at my home on Winton Road on Nov. 9. He quickly assessed the problem and got right to work. The problem was roots coming into the exit pipe to the road drain. He worked very hard to cut up the roots and clear the line. He made suggestions about removing a tree in the area that was probably responsible for the roots and offered advice on using a service where a camera is inserted into the pipe to identify the location of the problem. This was very helpful. This was the third time I have used Roto-rooter, twice at my house on Winton Rd and once at my other house in Finneytown. I have always had good service and successful progress.
