Service was good as always. I like receiving e-mail reminders for service but the system is now making appointments for me. I received an e-mail confirmation on the day of this visit for my next appointment on 16 Feb 2015. I don't know what I will be doing on 16 Feb 2015 and I don't want to have to remember to change or confirm that appointment. I want to react on my own to e-mail reminders, not be told the date of my next appointment. If the system works as it appears, AZ Auto may have an unannounced no-show for 16 Feb 2015.
