I had sugar ants coming out of my cabinets in my new house. I was told the only time they could come out to treat was around 10 a.m. I was at work during those hours so I stupidly agreed to allow them access to my house. Dave, the owner, explained that the outside would be sprayed and that the inside would be treated as well. When I arrived home at 11 a.m. I noticed that the outside was dry and there were muddy footprints all over my brand new carpet. Worse, my neighbor stated that the worker was only there for maybe 20 minutes and I spent nearly $200 for this!!!!? When I called the office, it seemed like no one cared about customer service at all. Save your money and shop on line for pesticides, DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAM ARTIST
