My husband and I bought a 1943 home with EverDry Waterproofing done in the basement the previous year. The walls and foundation were repaired and a sump pump and an E-Z Breath Ventilation System (dehumidifier) were installed. They also put sub-soil drain tile in so the water from the sump has a place to go. We have had no problems. The previous owners purchased a transferable, life-time warranty. It was so easy to switch over the warranty to our name and the staff is very friendly! Based on what the previous owner stated, the workers were nice and willing to put back any landscaping they could after repairing the walls on the outside and installing the drain tile. We haven't had a problem with any of the work they did, but if we did, I know they are simply a phone call away. The dehumidifier has kept every sign of moisture out of sight and keeps the basement air clear. I am so glad the previous owners decided on this company because they provide excellent customer service and great products!
