The owner, Travis, is wonderful. He provided me with a great education without being condescending. I had a hot water heater go bad and needed a reputable San Diego plumber asap. I called them and was very upfront about wanting some basic information and a rough estimate before they even came out. April, who answered the phone very professionally, suggested she have the owner call me back. He did within a very short period of time, ask me all of the relevant questions, helped guide me through some key decisions and gave me options with estimates. When we were done, The San Diego plumbers asked how I heard about Two Brothers Plumbing and when I told him a friend from La Jolla California had passed on his info, he gave me a discount for being part of the network And, because I had two hot water heaters, I could purchase two and also use the $25 coupon good towards any service available from a San Diego newspaper. Sonny didn’t have to do this but it spoke volumes to me about his ethics and customer service!
So, we scheduled the date and the San DIego plumbers showed up on the 26th to perform the work. While they were about 90 minutes later than
expected, they were the ones having to work in the attic on a day that would approach 100 degrees. They removed the old ones, installed the new ones and updated all of the plumbing. They hauled the debris off and I’m good for another 12+ years thanks to the new hot water heaters. But, the best part…..the actual invoice amount was as Travis quoted me originally. Not within 5%, not over because of “additional work that was spotted on site; but for the actual amount quoted. What a nice surprise!
I’ve already referred others to Two Brothers Plumbing and would use them again!
