Morehart Murphy Chevrolet ignored our stated needs by selling us a Tahoe that did not meet those needs. Here is the story.\r

• We told the people at Morehart Murphy that we needed a vehicle\r
that would tow more than our current vehicle (Avalanche). \r
• We told them that the Avalanche towed 6700 lbs. \r
• We told them that according to Chevrolet.com the Tahoe on their lot\r
would tow more than the Avalanche. The web site was and still is in \r
error.\r
• They did not tell us that this Tahoe would actually tow less than the\r
Avalanche.\r
• So, they knew it would tow less than the Avalanche and sold it to us\r
anyway or they did not know it would tow less and sold it to us\r
anyway.\r
• Either way we were sold a Tahoe that did not meet our needs and\r
yes they were well aware of those needs!\r
• What if we had towed our trailer and had an accident caused by the\r
overload?\r
• We asked for a full refund on the Tahoe we bought. It had less than\r
800 miles on it.\r
• They refused to give us a full refund. We lost over $5000.\r
• We have purchased 5 new vehicles from them in the past 6 years.\r
• THEY WILL BE THE LAST!\r
• Don’t buy From Morehart Murphy Auto or you might be mugged\r
too!!!
