Review content:
My son has been going to this practice for 10 Years. I was a former patient of this practice 30 years ago. We see Dr Lurie, but all of the Dr and nurses are excellent. However, the quality of the front office/receptionist Staff has declined over he last 6 months. At our recent appointment when I was signing my son in the receptionist shoves a bill in my face and proceeds to shame me for 10 minutes about the unpaid bill in front of my son. Yes, we did owe he balance, however this should not have been handled in this manner. I have been in collections for 10 years and have always treated customers with dignity and respect, The past due balance could have been discussed over the phone before the appointment, or when we were in he back waiting for he dr. When I go back to pay the balance I will be moving my sons records to another dr.
