BEWARE: The absolute WORST roofing contractor I have ever dealt with.\r
Dave is a smooth talker but doesn't follow through with his contractual agreements. He uses classic bate and switch tactics and it completely unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional. He changed products and when used too much material charged me extra for his waste. He dropped off a crew of 7 non-English speaking Guatemalans and I never saw him or his supervisor again. They were unfamiliar with how to install a new roof, left nails and debris UNDER the rubber membrane, did not cover the entire roof with bituman around the edges and after a couple of rain storms, now the new roof leaks. To top it off when we complained he placed a lean on our home until he got all of the money we contracted with him for a water tight roof that he never provided.\r
The absolute WORST roofing contractor I have ever met!\r
