Review content:
We have bought our appliances at Martin's for the past 20 years, and did not have any problems, until now. We just got a new Electrolux range, on which some features (cooling fan) was not acceptable to us.. When we mentioned that to our sales rep, it did not lead anywhere.. We were told to deal with the manufacturer by ourselves.. After we did, and related the info received, a service man came out, only to tell us that the customer reps we talked to is only a low level person.. He had access to the real technicians, an turns out our issue was "normal". Still not acceptable to us. Then I started to wonder: why do I buy my appliances from an independent dealer that advertises professionalism? I am paying the extra money exactly for these situations. And Martin appliances did not deliver. Might as well buy you appliances from the Internet.
