Review content:
Very poor, rough, sloppy grooming. My dog's skin was completely buzzed off in spots due to their rough grooming. You could clearly see the buzzer blade marks from them digging it in to his skin, taking it completely off in areas. Their POOR excuse was that my dog (who was and still is bathed and brushed regularly) had the worst case of matting. Their newest groomer Megan is a poor excuse for a groomer and instead of accepting the mistake, they would rather lie and make excuses. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!! I have been grooming my dog myself and will never take him to a groomer again after this. I wouldn't doubt this place will be out of business in the near future.
