I like that Mark Bowen from Dr. Stereo replies immediately if you have any issues, he'll be there within hours attending your situation. He helped me with my wireless system upgrade when I had no connection to the radio system. Mark made sure to troubleshoot it, test it and made sure it worked properly. When my console went bad (an expensive remote control that controls everything), he fixed it too.
Mark Bowen is very attentive and wants to give you the best product. I'm excited to recommend him to anybody because he is very honest and upfront about the prices. He is the point guy for the company - amazing!
