Never in my 31-year career as an attorney have I done business with such a downright dishonest company. They'll coax you with an impressive sales pitch & make it sound like they'll always be there for you & then you'll quickly realize how badly they lie once the lease goes into effect. They NEVER respond to any of my requests for help on our copy machine & don't return calls. The worst part? THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE!! You can complain to any management member & it doesn't matter to them... they seem to have adequate business so they clearly don't care about their reputation (YET). Look at the other postings on Citysearch and notice the consistency! Avoid this rip-off company no matter what!
Pros: your lease will end eventually
Cons: WORST company you'll ever deal with; liars, cheaters, scumbags through and through
