As a small business owner, Pacific Office Automation is by leaps and bounds the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. I wish that I had seen the other reviews on CitySearch before I decided to do business with this extremely questionable company. Their sales practices skirt the boundaries of legality and their service is non-existant. If you actually like getting lectured and called names by a ""top level manager"" or not being able to reach a customer service individual for over a week then I suppose this company would be perfect for you. I could not even begin to explain how we have felt scammed, cheated, lied to and deceived by this horrible sham of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not trust anything that they tell you, do not sign anything that they give you, do not even give this place a chance because you will be the next one writing a bad review on CitySearch.
