With three bathrooms in my 25-yr. old condo, I have been very, very pleased with the services I have received from Joseph and Chuck, both Roto-Rooter plumbers. Not only are they very professional and friendly guys, they are able ""fix"" the problems! You can call Roto-Rooter at any time and they come at your convenience. They do not charge to come and check your problem but give a fair estimate for the work to be done. Then, after correcting the problem and paying a fair price, if you need to call them back for same repair, there is no cost. I have not found other businesses that have such a fair and satisfying policy.
