Review content:
We've rented condos from the Hauserman Rental Group for the last 4 years during the winter time. All the condos were very nice & clean, fully stocked, with all the necessities. Staff was very polite, professional and easy to deal with. Last year I lost one of the keys to the condo so we went back to the office and explained to them what happened. I was ready to pay a hefty fee. They were very nice about it & made a new key right there on the spot with no charge. I was ready to fork out $20 for a new one & they looked at me like I was out of my mind! They said don't worry about it. I was kinda shocked. When we checked out I gave them a 12 pack of Coke because I felt bad about the whole key thing. Anyways I've been very happy with this place & will probably keep renting from them in the future. Keep up the good work guys! See you next winter!
