Anyone who has bought a condo or home that is under their management needs to take a hard look at the HOA agreement most have never seen. It's at the Marion County Recorders office. If you buy or have purchased a house under the HOA/Kirkpatrick (One and the same as far as I'm concerned) , you have agreed to pay 30% interest on late fees, Management fees, Attorney fees, Court filing Fees and anything else they can think of. If you lose your job and you don't have a mortgage or have a very small one, they will just take your home if you run into any problems. They contract with specific Attorneys who appear frequently suing homeowners. It's a huge racket. You buy and have one hiccup in your life and they will ruin your whole and your paying them to do it.
