We had a very unusual fault code that presented on our 10 year old Munchkin boiler. Another company in our area had performed the annual service on the unit in August. As we began using the unit in October, it was clear that we had a serious issue. We called Frasier's Plumbing Heating & Cooling and we were given immediate service. While they were extremely busy, they found a way to get our unit serviced. Ken M came out late that same afternoon. It was clear from the start that he was experienced and very professional. He immediately proceeded to put the unit through it's paces and quickly determined that in his 20 year professional career, he had not seen this issue with this boiler. Rather than guessing and experimenting, he called the boiler's expert service tech and explained the symptoms. Together they explored potential problems and solutions. Ken M worked until 5:30 pm and came up with a path to resolve the problem. He said that he would return the following morning. He put us at ease by saying that he wasn't going to burden us with parts that we didn't need. He said if his first solution did not resolve the problem, he would put our original part back in the unit and proceed to the next option. This service attitude continued throughout the next five hours that he worked on our unit. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ken M, he kept us informed. He focused on our problem and wasn't satisfied until every part of the unit was in top operating condition. It was clear to us that preventive services had not been performed by the other company. Thank you, Ken M and Frasier's, for a job well done. Frasier's and Ken M will be our Heating and Cooling service company and person for the future.
