I would never wish upon my worst enemy, that they stay at this hotel. Last night the car broke down and my fiance and I were stranded in the middle of the biggest snow storm, connecticut has seen in years. The tow truck would not take us home because of the roads so they took us to this hotel.\r \r My aunt would have paid for the hotel over the phone by card but they would not accept that even though this was an emergency. My fiance was turning red because he was so cold and he lost feeling to his fingers. I have a bad foot and have to get surgery soon so I was in a cast. This was complete hell. I don't know how they could have so little compassion. The guy there would just watch us suffer in the lobby, which was also freezing cold\r \r So hours go by and money goes on this card for me so I finally rent a room, I checked in at 6 am and they made me leave by noon for 59 dollars! It would be the same price as if I checked in at 5 the previous night. Also ontop of it, they charge to make phon
