Called on a Thurs when our heat and hot water were lost. $2000.00 and two weeks later my water heater they replaced is still waiting on parts they need, another company had to come and repair the heat they didn't finish at an additional $800, and I'm still waiting on parts from progressive with no idea when the job they started will be completed. Terrible and unexcusable.
