After Hurricane Sandy had passed, Dave came within an hour of me contacting BFP and replaced my hot water heater, which was in a horrible position at the entrance of the flooded crawl space, and he did it without judgment and without complaining. He worked while keeping the inside of my home clean and after he was done, the outside showed no trace of work. This is the type of person you want working in your home. New hot water heater working within hours. No problems. No troubles. Their knowledge, experience is what every homeowner needs!
