Here's what happened;\r Triumph Auto Glass installed a new windshield in my Land Rover . The install was not correct. For some reason, I suspect there was moisture on the window when it was installed, the urathane didn't adhere to the glass on a section of about 5 inches at the bottom right side. This resulted in a space between the window and the frame of the truck such that a piece of paper can be slid from the inside to the outside. When driving, wind blows in the vehichle through this space and whistles. \r The scam;\r I phoned them about the problem and they said they'd take care of it. I insisted they pull out the window and reinstall it as this would be a proper install, citing that other areas of the window could be not properly adhered. They agreed. Suspecting something fishy by the tone in his voice, I marked the existing urathane with a black marker at various points from the inside of the vehicle. I then delivered the vehicle to them to leave for the day. When I picked up the
