needs to better communicate with their human owners. Dr. Utt is one of the best, but she can be moody and somewhat short if too many questions are asked. She does wonderful with animals, by being gentle with them. You can tell that she truly loves working with them, and is not in this for the money.\r
At times I have felt on the brink of tears, because of the lack of information that I have been given, or Dr. Utt promptly leaving the room before I have a chance to ask questions If she were as good inter-acting with humans as she is with their animals, then I would rate her tops.
