We have been very happy with Hope’s time at EPC and continue to recommend you to families we know. While my wife and I believe your entire staff and facility to be fantastic, we want to single out a few individuals that have regularly gone above and beyond. Ms. Gina- Since we first enrolled Hope, Gina was always helpful and supportive. Mrs. Margarita- If there was one person we could pick as a grandmother figure, it would be Mrs. Margarita. While in the 2 year old room Hope made great progress in all ways and was very happy and secure in that class, in part due to the trust she had in Margarita. Hope often asks to go to see her. M.s Stacy- We cannot say enough good things about Ms. Stacy and we all miss her a lot. Not only did she build a strong bond with Hope, she truly has the personality and traits of a natural teacher. She is definitely a credit to your organization. Hope also asks to go visit her regularly. Ms. Hannah- Hope adores Ms. Hannah or as Hope calls her, “H”. Hannah is a great provider who extrudes care and love to all her students. Hope quickly bonded with her. She is an awesome communicator with parents and children alike. We can tell she really cares for Hope which is very reassuring for us. We and Hope will miss her a lot. Mrs. Ana- Mrs. Ana has also been with us since the beginning, from the infant room to the two year old room. Hope had difficult drop offs in the beginning but as time went on she got much more comfortable with going with Ana in the morning. Her beginning to relax when we left and Ana’s reassurance that she does okay once we turn the corner gave us great confidence and security as we were getting used to the day care routine too. We were very happy when Hope was assigned to her class. Also, the team dynamic that exists with Ana and Hannah and with Stacy and Margarita is great and really helps the children in your care. The environment created by everyone on your team makes EPC Farmington a step above the rest. I wish I could remember all the names of the staff that cared for Hope, but please pass my thanks to them also. Mike Towey and Rosa Valenzuela Parents of Hope
