I have to say I'm very satisfied with the service I received from this garage door repair company. At first I was a bit leery of the reviews regarding no or slow call backs, but the reviews about the actual job done were excellent, so I persevered. I had already tried several other companies for this project before I came to the internet, so I was getting to a point of desperation. I am so glad I stuck with it!
I needed a 2 door garage converted to a 1 door garage. When I explained to Leron what I needed, he said, "no problem...I know folks who can do that!". Steven came to see the job site and brought handyman Joe with him, from JB Handyman. They hatched a plan, got a quote to me within just a few days. Once I accepted the quote from the handyman (for the actual conversion), Joe coordinated with Steven for a date to do the conversion and the door install so that it was all done in one day.
Well, the handyman showed up on time. He and his helper got right to it and began the conversion. A short trip to Home Depot later for matching paint (!) and the conversion was done. Then Leron showed up with the door and it was installed in no time. Leron even went and got a new garage door opener and installed it for us!
I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the work. All of the gentlemen involved were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! I will also cross post this review for JB Handyman as well. I believe we WILL be contacting them in the future.
