Review content:
I used to work for this company and one Friday night I got home from work and decided to get to bed early. At midnight I was about to fall asleep when my phone rang. It was a girl whose party I had planned for that night. She was crying and very upset. Apparently the venue wasn't honoring the deal we had set up for her.\r \r This was a simple issue to resolve, all we had to do was get in touch with the venue manager and let them know they had messed up. Since I wasn't in direct contact with the venues, I called the owner of BirthdayPartyBooker to escalate the issue. At first he didn't answer my call.\r \r Eventually, after about 20 minutes and 3 phone calls, he texted me back that he was busy hanging out with his college girlfriend who was home for the weekend and that he didn't work after 9pm and that I needed to respect his ""boundaries"". I explained that we had made this girl a promise to help her and that I gave her my word and we needed to do something. He didnt care. \r \r I called the girl to appologize because she was the sister of my fraternity brother. This was the last night I worked for this horrible company. Ruining one girl's birthday was enough for me.\r \r The next day I decided to start my own company and actually honor my word. Pros: Horrible Service Cons: Doesn't care about customers
