A lot has obviously changed since 5 years ago.\r

I read the positive reviews from years ago, thinking this would be a great place to take my mom for Mothers Day. The place is horrible. The location is awful. My gut told me to run away when I arrived there and saw the place. The guy who sits at the front desk (which is the owner, Mat) is very rude! I wish I had read the previous review before coming to this place. The customer service (what customer service???) was the absolute WORST I've ever experienced. \r

If you purchased a Groupon or pre-paid and have to reschedule, they will take your money and deny you services! Sounds like a scam place, huh? They don't feel one ounce of remorse about it. The owner is an old racist bully. \r

Very odd behavior, being that this is suppose to be a place of relaxation. \r
