Review content:
This place is a mess. I showed up for my second appointment and not only did they not have record of my appointment they didn't have record of me ever being there (which was the week before.) They called and said I missed an appointment at a time I never had any appointments scheduled. They never forwarded the massage clinic the paperwork I needed to get insurance to cover the massages that they prescribed. I settled my bill in person because their billing paperwork was so vague I wanted to know what I was paying for. Yet 6 months later I just received 3 separate bills for small amounts that are marked as delinquent but no other explanation of what they are for. I kept going back because of it's convenient location and the fact that I had already paid so much out of pocket that I didn't want to spend the time and money to get established somewhere else. I'm not a dumb person, I don't know why I went back after my first appointment when the doctor took 25 minutes to get the x-ray machine working. It was just unplugged!
