Run as fast as you can! Don't do business with these guys. I dropped off some old negatives & photos, with these guys, and they said to just sign this sheet and put your phone number on it "so that we will know who these belong to". I signed sheet. I asked about price and they said they would get back to me. After a month I called & they said they didn't have a price yet. I called again in another month and the same run around. After many. many months I called them & they said we have it done, it is converted over to new electronic media. I asked how it could be done, since I did not know what they charged and wanted to be sure I wanted to do it. I went in and they told me it would be $1,300! I said I did not authorize any work yet- had only asked for the cost to do it. (We would have pulled some of the negatives out & not done them all at this outrageous price). I told them that I was not going to pay for it, since I did not order this. I asked for the owner & they gave me the run around. I went back the next day & asked for the owner again & same run around- not here. not sure when he will come in. I asked for the negatives back- they were the only copies of pictures that we had of relatives. THEY RUSUSED TO GIVE THEM TO ME! My only copies. They said pay them $1,300 & I could have my originals back. I paid them the money & the originals were all torn up & they had written on some of the old photographs (on the back) & it had bled thru and ruined the only copy/pic of some of our family photos. What a nightmare. They care nothing about the customer. NOTHING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! stay away.
