The "official" review says that there was a $1 million dollar renovation. I don't know where they spent that money b/c the I recently saw a concert there (in the balcony) and the seats were circa 1950 and nearly too small for an average sized person to fit into. To be honest there was one row of new seats (wider and with cup holders) in the balcony, but all the others were awful. Plus the numbering system is a mess, with some seats displaying three different numbers, and several seats in the same row with the same numbers! Nobody could figure it out, and there's no ushers to help. Also paint was cracking off the ceiling and the sound mix was terrible (could hear the lead singer). Other than that it was great. Pros: bands, small size Cons: seats, sound quality, old
