Review content:
The public needs to be aware of the condition of service at Jiffy Lube in Warsaw, IN. I recently took my 02 Honda Civic to the Jiffy Lube in Warsaw for a general service and maintenance check. I usually wait in the car when I do this sort of thing, but the technician at Jiffy Lube insisted that I exit my car and wait inside. I went inside and after the service was complete, the manager Dean Hartwell, was waiting for me with my car door open. He closed the door behind me and I was on my way. I thought it was a little weird that he would open the car door for me, a man opening the door for another man, but I didn’t think much about it at the time. Well, when I got home and exited the car, I noticed that my door would not open without being forced. After I got out of the car, I noticed that the front driver’s side fender is dented in and the driver’s side mirror is scratched with a trace of yellow paint left behind. Someone at Jiffy Lube crashed my car into one of the yellow poles they have around the shop, and they thought I wouldn’t notice. I have spoken with the police, the manager of the store, and the district manager of Jiffy Lube, to no avail. Jiffy Lube will not take responsibility and I am left with no other option but to make sure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Do NOT take your car to the Jiffy Lube in Warsaw, unless you want more headaches and trouble than before. The Jiffy Lube Pledge is “Leave Worry Behind”; I wish this pledge meant something to the workers and District Manager Mark Vanhorn in Warsaw.
