Businiess name:  Gotham Plastic Surgery: Philip J Miller, MD

Review content:
Dr. Miller recently performed surgery on my nose. I broke cartilage, smashed my septum, twisted my nose, and had exterior bruising. Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty and nasal fracture repair were required. Dr. Miller and Dr. Garland were both incredible. Why do I mention the Anesthesiologist? If you have ever had surgery you would understand that his role in the procedure may arguably be more important than the surgeons. I cannot thank them enough for the job they did! They were informative, patient, extremely down to earth and incredibly skilled. I have heard horror stories from friends and relatives that explain the bruising, the painful removal of the nose "packing", vomiting after surgery, days of recovery, etc. I can honestly say that I didn't even get sick on the ride home, while battling the notorious NYC rush hour traffic. I did not have black eyes, or bruising. I did experience some swelling, but a lot less than expected. Dr. Miller promised he would try his best to avoid packing my nose and kept to his word. The next day after surgery I was returning work emails, active around the house and just waiting to experience all of the side effects that seem so common. I am happy to report that each day only got better.. Dr. Miller is brilliant and has a bed side manner to match his clinical skills. I can honestly say that I never looked back after my first visit. Adisa, who sits at the front desk, was very sweet, receptive, and accommodative. The first people I met behind closed doors were Bernadette and Joe Biamonte, both patient advisors. They were compassionate, informative, extremely patient and provided me with an open line of communication. They were so wonderful that I received emails and text the same night and for day's after my surgery, to check in on me. I then had the pleasure of meeting with Kelly Williams. Kelly has done everything from take photos, assist Dr. Miller, remove my stitches, remove my cast, clean out my nose, and literally hold my hand. This is a complete team of true professionals..
