Review content:
This dealership needs to be retrained on customer service/satisfaction. I was promised my vehicle would be serviced and returned to my within 90 minutes. After 75 minutes, I took a walk, and discovered that they had just begun to work on my car. When I asked the service advisor what was going on, he became a little irate, and asked me what I wanted him to do. how about being a little honest? My car was one of the first cars taken in to the service area at 8AM. I spoke to the service manager who also had a nasty attitude. I told them to just do the recall work, replace my battery, and not to do the other work that they said I needed. I have had previous shoddy work done at this dealership. Proximity to my house will no longer play into future work being done here. I will travel to go to another dealership in the future.
Oh, by the way, I have owned 7 other Hyundai cars, and have never encountered anything like this at any dealership up in New Jersey. These people all need to be re-trained.
