We did NOT have great service! A ""you got to be kidding me"" story too long and twisted to tell, but bottom line is WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Service manager a joke, just excuse after excuse. Worse, the owners DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS OR PROMISES. Going to court over this one, very first time I have had to do this over a vendor or service in 25 years of business. Sad and ridiculous. I have bought and paid for a copier that cost well over ten grand that never worked properly. Crashed all the time and never worked, causing untold problems in our office. They just didn't care, they got their money! Shame on them, and beware of this company.
