THE ARS HVAC WORKER MARC M. WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MY FURNACE, WATER HEATER AND GAS ALARMS. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF HIRING ARS TO CLEAN MY WATER HEATER AND HAVE THEM COME OUT EVERY YEAR TO DO SO AND ALSO HAVE A CONTRACT FOR CHECKING THE A.C. AND FURNACE EVERY YEAR. IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE A KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON TO LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS EQUIPMENT THAT THE CONSUMER HAS NO IDEA ABOUT. MARC M. IS DEFINITELY AN ASSET TO ARS.
