Review content:
This company franchises to businesses for advertising and giving a unqualified contractor the appearance of being stable. I had a pool installed and 2 years and 3 months later it developed a severe underground plumbing leak. I found out that Premier Pool and Spa in Chandler, AZ had its ROC license revoked. I called the parent company and spoke to Brian Porter who had a warranty company call me and tell me that the plumbing was only covered for 2 years. I informed Brian and all he could say was that he was sorry. I offered to send him pictures of the bad plumbing work but he was not interested.
