I have just moved to Sun Bay three weeks ago. My A/C unit doesn't work properly. It works in the kitchen and living room areas, but, not in the bedroom. Maintenance has come over and reported back that the A/C is working, it is not. When it rained it would leak in from the A/C unit. Finally got fixed three days ago. The fridge didn't work for two weeks, we complained numerous times and finally got a replacement. The lights flicker, and dim, I was told by a friend of mine, that is a fireman, that it indicates there is a shortage in the electricity somewhere. I would not recommend this place.
