Nikki was the woman who answered the phone, she was very sweet and very thorough with explaining to me the difference between the "roto" and the airsweep. She knew the exact prices and was very informative. She was a pleasure speaking with. They worked very well with my schedule. They arrived on time, called me an hour before the arrival time so I could meet them at my home. There were no hidden fees at the end of the job. It was a flat 189.99. Ron and Nikki came out, and they did a fantastic job. Nikki was Polite. Ron did a thorough job and consulted with me on what he was doing, and informed me that my furnace would need a cleaning and showed me why and where it needed to be cleaned. Thankfully they did my furnace that day as well! Nikki was so nice to my cats. They did a phanominal job! They have a customer for LIFE!
