We were extremely impressed with the knowledge of our salesperson, Kelly Woy and the installation performed by Craig Diller. We asked a lot of technical questions during our initial appointment and felt our needs would be met by investing in a Kinetico water softener. The installer was polite, courteous, and took pride in his work. He even tried to get us a part that was needed on our older water neutralizer. Our salesperson, Kelly, came out a few weeks after the installation to check the water pH and hardness and to answer any additional questions. What I liked the most was the no pressure presentation that was individualized to our water situation. I highly recommend Kelly and Craig from Martin Water Conditioning if you are in the market for a new water softener. You won't be disappointed.
