On 9/4, Gene H., Field Supervisor came to my 89 year old mother's house to resolve a rattling filter. He found a piece of dryer cloth lodged in the chase, causing the blower to be unbalanced and rattle. Gene spotted the problem and fixed it efficiently. Then Gene asked my mom if there was anything else she needed. She stated that she needed the vacuuming done. Gene replied he would, and then vacuumed mom's home quickly. My mom has a medical condition that keeps her from vacuuming as much as she would like. She does not own a computer or have access to the internet, so I offered to respond on her behalf.
