While they have a wonderful decor and a sweet staff, an awesome fish tank and prizes for the kids, you better pray that your kid doesn't have an hints of cavities!! If they do, beware of over diagnosing and a referral scheme with an orthodontist and root canal specialist. My 3 yr old was told she had 5 cavities, 3 so bad they needed root canals and crowns. Turns out she needed regulation fillings in 3 teeth when I took her for a second opinion. My 8 yr old with a cavity (guess what she needed!!) also needed a root canal which was discovered half way through a regulation filling. She was given a temp filling and a referral. I was told I HAD to come back to them for a crown after the root canal was done. I took her to my dentist who filled the tooth. No root canal needed. No crown needed. I brought up the over diagnosis of my 3 yr old to the dentist who said I was wrong and that they never told me she needed all that work. So then I can only assume the staff takes it upon themselves to diagnos?? Which obviously would be malpractice and actually a criminal matter for someone who is not a DDS to diagnose and give treatment plan that hasn't been approved by the actual dentist. For the sake of your child, and your sanity, do NOT take your children here!
