My father always taught me to try & fix household problems without calling for assistance. He passed away a few weeks ago & just in the last couple of days, the sewage line clogged beneath the garage floor of my mother's home. Tried everything. Liquid Plumber. Using a plunger. Even a manual snake that only reached so far. In the end, I called Roto-Rooter who had the right equipment & cleared the clog in about 20-30 minutes. The service tech, Mac, was friendly & professional. He also instructed us not to use items like Liquid Plumber in the future as it damages the pipes. Although I couldn't unclog the drain without the equipment Mac had, I think my father would have approved of the kind of company Roto-Rooter is & the folks they hire. Fast, competent service completed by a friendly tech. My mother was in good hands & that was most important to me.
